Jamison marinade

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup bourbon
½ cup Worcestershire Sauce or hot smoke
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup water
2.5 pounds of chicken.

Mix all marinade ingredients together, and pour into a zip lock bag, add the chicken. Let sit in the fridge for 24 hours.

Grill over a Charcoal or electric grill and enjoy!
